Warranties & Returns


Replacement for damaged merchandise will be shipped once return is received. Damaged goods must be returned within ten days of original shipping date.

All warranty claims must be handled with the manufacturer.

Returns for stock merchandise (other than damaged) are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Returns must be received by us in the original packaging, and must be in resalable condition (including packaging).

15% restocking fee for all canceled orders.

15% restocking fee on merchandise for undecided or denied background checks.

No refunds or exchanges on special orders.
